INTEGRATED TENANT FITOUT

On top of its many other advantages, 333 Ann Street offers pre-committed tenants the opportunity fully integrate the Fit Out process that will see your new office completed and ready to move in simultaneously with the practical completion of the building itself.

A Devine Constructions Integrated Fit Out will save you time by having your fit out work completed within the base building program. It will save you money by having customised work such as changes to base air conditioning, internal stairs, lighting grids and other services installed as part of the original building. It will prevent ongoing concern with a guaranteed fit out completion date.

Rather than waiting for an external contractor to gain access to the finished building, you will have a division of Devine Constructions working seamlessly to integrate your customised floor finishes, partitioning, ceiling tiles and wiring into the total construction process. Even major custom works such as intra-tenancy stairs takes on a new feasibility, with floor openings able to be integrated into the pouring of the floor slab.

Our dedicated Tenancy Fit Out team will also make communication easier, giving you a single point of contact with designers and fit out specialists who have full access to the entire building team.

This team is led by Devine’s Tenancy Fit Out Co-ordinator, Allan Bakewell, who among other projects was the Project Architect for the Fit Out of 14 floors for Suncorp’s new headquarters and also worked on the fit outs of the SW1 building at Southbank and James Street Markets, Fortitude Valley.
